Connection Rentals APPLICATION
Attention: As part of our application process, we use third party sources to perform background and credit checks on all applicants. Any falsified information on applications or incomplete or missing information will be grounds for non-acceptance. We require that each potential occupant over 18 years of must fill out an application. We are part of the Crime Free Drug Free housing program. No illegal activity will be permitted on or near the property. If the tenant, or guests of the tenant are involved in illegal activity on or near the premises will be grounds for eviction. All facilities maintenance and service technicians are certified and licensed.
